1. Scope and Acceptance
This Yuqiu Shike User Agreement is between Chengdu Lingke Interactive Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) and each user of Yuqiu Shike (“you”). It applies to the App, official website, local video processing, accounts, feedback, video annotation, and training-material sharing.
Read this Agreement before registering, signing in, or using account-based functions. You must actively agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy on the sign-in screen before continuing with phone-number sign-in. Without consent, we do not send an SMS verification code or initiate local-number authentication.
Clauses of major interest to you, including Section 8 “Intellectual Property”, Section 9 “Algorithm, Model, and Technology Protection”, Section 10 “Liability for Breach”, and Section 11 “Governing Law and Disputes”, are highlighted in bold. You may ask us about any clause through Feedback before agreeing. By agreeing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them.
2. Services and Conditions
Yuqiu Shike provides badminton video import, rally detection, clip preview, export, account profiles, and feedback. Ordinary clipping is performed locally by default. Processing of account data, feedback, or shared training material is governed by the Privacy Policy.
We continually improve the product but do not guarantee every function on every device, system version, network, or carrier. We provide reasonable notices and fixes for failures caused by device performance, permissions, source quality, networks, or force majeure.
3. Accounts and Security
You may register or sign in using a phone number and must provide true, accurate, complete, and current account information. Your account is for your use only. Protect verification codes, credentials, and devices and do not rent, lend, transfer, or otherwise allow others to use your account.
If you discover unauthorized use, unusual sign-in, or another security risk, contact us through Feedback on the Me page. We assist after verifying necessary information.
4. Your Content and Responsibilities
You must hold the appropriate rights to imported, exported, submitted, or feedback content and obtain necessary authorization for other people’s image, voice, personal information, and event footage. Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
Match-video sharing is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time in Profile → Privacy & Help. While it stays on and training material is submitted, confirm that you have authority to grant permission. After you turn the switch off, we do not use it as the basis for new submissions. Existing submissions are governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not disrupt the service through attacks, scanning, bypassing security, interface abuse, or attempts to obtain another person’s data. Unless permitted by law or written consent, do not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the service. Specific protection of the software, algorithms, and models is set out in Section 9.
For violations of this Agreement, law, or platform rules, we may reasonably restrict functions, require remediation, or suspend service and reserve the right to pursue responsibility.
6. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
We may maintain, update, upgrade, or adjust functions to protect security, compliance, and service quality. We reasonably notify you of changes that may materially affect your rights.
You may stop using the service at any time. After account deletion or service termination, Sections 8 to 11 on intellectual property, algorithm and model protection and confidentiality, liability, governing law and disputes, and any other provisions that by nature or by law survive, remain effective.
7. Account Deletion and Data
Delete your account in “Me → Account & Security → Delete Account” after reviewing the impact. Server-side account data and feedback identity markers are then processed under the Privacy Policy. Videos already exported locally are not automatically deleted; manage them on your device.
If you cannot complete deletion, access, correction, personal-information deletion, or authorization withdrawal in the App, contact us through Feedback on the Me page. We process the request after necessary verification under applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Yuqiu Shike software (including the client, dynamic libraries, model files, server programs, and their updates), algorithms, models, databases, interface design, text, images, icons, trademarks, logos, and documentation, together with all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and patent application rights, trade secrets, and other lawful interests in them, belong to us or the relevant right holders and are protected by the Copyright Law, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, the Trademark Law, the Patent Law, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, and other laws and regulations. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Provided that you comply with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to use the Yuqiu Shike client obtained from official channels on devices you lawfully own or control, for personal non-commercial processing of videos you are entitled to process. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, translate, compile, rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the software, algorithms, or models. Without our prior written consent, you may not use the Yuqiu Shike name, marks, software, algorithms, or models for any commercial purpose.
Rights in videos you process and export with the service follow your rights in the source material; we do not acquire rights in those videos by providing clipping. Separate authorizations (such as match-video sharing while it stays on) are governed by that authorization and the Privacy Policy. Detection results output by the service, such as rally time points and recommended clips, are for your own editing and are subject to Section 9.
Product suggestions and issue reports should not contain unrelated sensitive information. We may use non-identifying feedback to improve the product; personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Algorithm, Model, and Technology Protection
(1) Scope. “Algorithms and Models” means the algorithm logic, model architecture, model parameters and weights, feature-extraction methods, thresholds and post-processing rules, training methods, training datasets and annotations, encrypted model files, related source and object code, interface protocols and data formats that we develop or are licensed to use for rally detection, clip recommendation, clipping, and export, together with their updates and derivatives.
(2) Legal status and confidentiality measures. The Algorithms and Models are our technical information, protected by computer-software copyright, trade-secret law, and other laws. We protect them by encrypting model files, digitally signing the client, restricting access, and imposing confidentiality obligations in this Agreement, and will strengthen these measures as needed. Model files are delivered encrypted with the client and used only locally on your device as needed. Distribution with the client or execution on your device does not disclose, transfer, or license their technical content to you or the public, and does not waive any of our rights.
(3) Prohibited acts. Except where expressly permitted by laws or administrative regulations that cannot be excluded by agreement, you may not, without our prior written consent, do, or engage, instruct, assist, or allow any other person to do, any of the following: 1. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, unpack, dump memory of, or dynamically debug the Yuqiu Shike client, dynamic libraries, model files, or server interfaces, or otherwise attempt to obtain their source code, algorithm logic, or model content; 2. extract, export, copy, restore, or infer model architecture, parameters, weights, thresholds, features, or intermediate results; 3. circumvent, remove, break, or modify our encryption, signature verification, integrity verification, anti-debugging, or other technical protection measures, or make, provide, or distribute tools, code, or tutorials for doing so; 4. call, probe, or construct inputs for the service in bulk, automated, or systematic ways to observe detection results in order to infer, reproduce, distill, train, or evaluate an algorithm or model with the same or similar functions as the service’s rally detection or clip recommendation; 5. modify, tamper with, repackage, or redistribute the Yuqiu Shike client, or develop derivative products or provide competing services based on the Algorithms and Models; 6. use the Algorithms and Models, related technical information, or derivatives obtained through the above acts or other improper means for any commercial purpose, or disclose, provide, or allow any third party to use them by sale, licensing, open-sourcing, public release, or any other means.
(4) Statutory limits. This Section does not limit rights you have under mandatory provisions of laws or administrative regulations. Normal use of the software by installing, displaying, transmitting, or storing it to study and research the design ideas and principles embodied in it, as permitted by the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, does not breach this Section; however, such use does not include decryption, decompilation, extraction of model parameters, circumvention of technical protection measures, or the other acts listed in item (3), and non-public technical information you learn through it remains subject to the confidentiality obligation in item (5).
(5) Confidentiality. The Algorithms and Models and other non-public technical information that you learn or may learn through the service are our confidential information. You must keep them strictly confidential and may not disclose, use, or allow others to use them. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement, discontinuation of the service, and account deletion, until the information lawfully enters the public domain through no fault of yours.
(6) Vulnerability reports. If you discover a security vulnerability during normal use, you may report it through Feedback, limited to information necessary to reproduce the issue. Without our written consent, you may not exploit it to obtain the Algorithms and Models or others’ data, or disclose it publicly or to any third party.
(7) Our measures. To protect the Algorithms and Models and service security, we may, within the scope described in the Privacy Policy, identify tampering, debugging, abnormal calls, and other conditions that endanger software integrity. If we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached this Section, we may take one or more of the following measures: restrict or suspend relevant functions; terminate the service and revoke the license under this Agreement; require you to stop the breach immediately and delete or destroy any Algorithms and Models information and derivatives obtained; preserve evidence in accordance with law; report to competent authorities; and pursue your legal liability in accordance with law.
10. Liability for Breach
If you breach Section 9, you shall compensate us for all resulting losses, including direct losses, lost profits, and reasonable expenses we incur to investigate and stop the breach or infringement (including notarization, appraisal, evidence-collection, attorney, litigation, preservation, and travel costs). Where actual losses are difficult to determine, we may, in accordance with applicable law, claim damages based on the benefits you obtained, or by reference to license fees for the relevant rights, or statutory damages.
Where your conduct also constitutes copyright infringement, trade-secret misappropriation, unfair competition, or other torts, we may elect to hold you liable in contract or in tort under the Civil Code, the Copyright Law, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and other laws, and will claim punitive damages as provided by law for intentional infringement with serious circumstances. Where conduct is suspected of constituting a crime such as copyright infringement, infringement of trade secrets, illegally obtaining computer information system data, or providing programs or tools for intruding into or illegally controlling computer information systems, we will refer the matter to the public security authorities in accordance with law.
Any prohibited act you engage, instruct, or assist another person to commit is deemed your own breach, and you are liable under this Section.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the service shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court at our domicile (Chengdu, Sichuan Province).
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
12. Updates and Contact
We may update this Agreement as products, law, or services change. Updated text is published in the App or on the website with an effective date, and material changes affecting your rights are reasonably communicated.
For questions, suggestions, or complaints about this Agreement, contact us through Feedback on the Me page in the App.
